The right wires. The right people.

Your tenants stay online.
The mess goes offline.

Ex-cable techs know what to cut.
And, just as importantly, what to keep.

Old lines pile up every time a tenant changes providers. We identify the abandoned coax and phone wiring, remove the clutter, and leave active connections in place. If we can’t confidently identify a line, it stays.

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Will my tenants lose internet?

Keeping active service connected is the priority. Our ex-cable techs identify the wiring before removing abandoned lines. If a line can’t be confidently identified, we leave it in place.

What kind of wires do you remove?

We focus on abandoned exterior coax and telephone wiring, including loose runs and tangled bundles left from old installations. Electrical power lines and utility infrastructure are outside this service.

How much does a cleanup cost?

It depends on the building, the amount of wiring, and access. Upload your photos and property address. We’ll review the actual job and call or text with your pricing.

What should I photograph?

Start with a wide view of the building, then add close-ups of the cable mess, connection boxes, and access areas. Take photos safely from the ground. You can add multiple photos to one request.

Do you work in the suburbs?

Yes. We serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Include your property address with your photos so we can confirm the location and access when we follow up.
